IAO Annual Meeting

Once again, the Indiana Academy of Ophthalmology is excited to host our annual scientific seminar for members! This year’s meeting will take place on Friday, September 12, 2025, at the Embassy Suites Convention Center (13700 Conference Center Drive South, Noblesville, IN 46060).
After the success of last year’s re-imagined meeting, we’re thrilled to bring it back—with even more enhancements! The format will be shorter but packed with opportunities, especially for our valued vendor partners. Instead of the traditional banquet lunch, we’re planning interactive food stations throughout the exhibit area, giving sponsors and exhibitors better access and engagement with attendees during the lunch hour.
Our Program Committee has developed an outstanding agenda featuring world-renowned faculty who will share the latest in clinical breakthroughs, surgical developments, and trends in practice management. This is an ideal opportunity to connect with a highly targeted audience of decision-makers and users of your products and services.
We anticipate attendance from over 85 Indiana ophthalmologists, as well as physicians from neighboring states .
